Straight to Hell

For those of you looking for more Grimoire material from Jake Stratton-Kent we can confirm that Volume II of the Encyclopaedia Goetica is under way and it promises to be a weighty tome.

Jake will also be featured in our second volume of Howlings due this Autumn.

The deliriously tactile veiny vellum Goes edition of The True Grimoire sold out to our subscribers immediately (another fine reason to subscribe).

We still have the striking Death's Head edition in stock here

What sets this work apart from the strictly academic approach of Joseph Peterson's Grimorium Verum is that it is illuminated by the practical experience of being a working Necromancer. Jake has 37 years of continuous practice.

For those wanting to go deeper into their Goetic magic and having devoured The True Grimoire, Jake has an essay in Devoted explaining the importance of a devotional approach to Spirit work, something he touched upon in his dramatic speech at the Occulture Festival. Perhaps this is one of the most overlooked aspects of modern practice, and one of the master keys to success with the grimoires. Details of Devoted can be found here

Jake has also produced a series of pamphlets for Hadean Press, a suitably subversive format for the spreading of ideas.
Hadean Press also produce the British Journal of Thelema which is recommended for those looking for creative and heretical strands of Thelemic thought.
We are pleased to support this small independent press, another sign of a resurgence in the magical community.
They can be found lurking here

Above all we are delighted to see Jake Stratton-Kent getting the recognition he deserves for his masterful work in the grimoire tradition.

Much Love
